Since the time of our forefathers in Morocco, our family owned a flour mill which made and sold flour and bread to all those who visited the city.
40 years later, our first store is launched at the old neighborhood of Ashkelon, carrying on the family tradition of artisanal baking.
Today our bakery is a productive plant of bread and baked goods, selling its output both locally and overseas, and is among one of the largest plants in Israel.
All our products are Badatz Beit Yossef kosher-certified.
